My story

My Roots
I’ve always felt connected to the unseen. Growing up in a traditional Mexican household, I was surrounded by the healing wisdom of my ancestors. My mother practiced Mexican Traditional Medicine (MTM), a blend of Aztec, Mayan, and Incan traditions, infused with the spiritual influences of Spanish Catholicism. These ancient practices weren’t just stories; they were lived experiences. I watched how she used them to protect, heal, and nurture our family. That sacred energy has never left me and it continues to guide everything I do.
My Path
My formal journey into energy work began over 10 years ago, but in truth, it’s been a lifelong calling. I consider myself a natural healer and spiritual teacher. I bring my intuition, personal healing experiences, and a deep respect for Spirit into every session. My work is about more than energy, it’s about helping people come home to themselves. I help clear pain, shift stuck energy, and make space for peace, clarity, and deep restoration.
