Each session is intuitively guided to meet your unique needs, creating a space where you can relax, restore, and reconnect with your inner light.

Intention Setting & Grounding: We begin with a brief conversation to explore your needs and set a clear intention for the session.

Hands-On Energy Work: Gentle touch or hovering hands over key areas of the body to assist your natural energy in releasing, realigning, and restoring balance.

Reiki works with the body's own energy field to improve overall well-being. It's a gentle, non-invasive therapy often used to complement other hospice care services.
